The Point was formed with the mission to acquire, manage and develop the most outstanding Property in the World. Oliver Hookway FCCA MAAT, the company’s founder, has the technical experience across all the major property and finance sectors, and with his full team will ensure the continued success of its operations.
During the last 10 years The Point and its founder have continuously invested in land and property and currently hold a portfolio with a gross asset value of over £15m.
Finance is available and we are currently drawing up contracts for acquisitions of up to £100m. By acting in the best interests of all parties involved in a property transaction we manage to produce the best financial outcome for our customers whilst fulfilling the aims of The Point.
